The N17 Extreme features an open 316 Stainless Steel frame, housings, and brackets for high corrosion resistance. Surface control electronics are used to eliminate the risk of onboard failure due to high radiation levels. The PT16X tooling interface allows for easy integration of various tooling options, while the vehicle's polymers are selected for compatibility with high gamma radiation. The N17 Extreme also includes an onboard radiation detector and a range of radiation-tolerant cameras (client specified).
